Bats
Bat populations are declining due to habitat loss and White-Nose Syndrome. Many species are listed as threatened or endangered and are state and federally protected.
It is illegal to evict from structures between May 1st – August 31st due to pup season; orphaning babies and killing bats will have a negative impact on bat populations.
There are safe, humane exclusion methods that do not harm bats.
